Ever since moving into college 2 weeks ago, I haven't run out of clothes and needed to do laundry. That changed today, and I discovered something surprisingly nice. My university has a laundromat where you can actually text the washing machine you just started, and it will text you back when your clothes are done being washed.
Now I know that the age of technology that we're in might not make this as exciting as it would have been about a decade ago, but I still find it really convenient and cool.
So tell me Newgrounds, what are some pleasantly surprising conveniences you've found just doing everyday stuff?

If I double tap the timer knob on my microwave it starts cooking, so I don't have to reach for the start button after dialing in the time.
